  • Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been processed or dispatched.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

  • Customers must inform us within this period if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or replacement requests. Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

  • Return shipping will be borne by the customer.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify our Customer Support Team within 2 days of receiving the order.

  • Once the issue is verified by our team and the merchant, an appropriate solution (replacement or refund) will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items such as flowers and eatables are not eligible for cancellation or return.

  • However, if the quality of such items is proven to be unsatisfactory, a replacement or refund may be considered.

Refund Policy

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1–2 business days.

Warranty Claims

  • Products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty should be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
